The property is inhabited with birds, squirrels, rabbits, occasional coyote, and an owl. There are horses on all sides of the main house at neighboring communities. Sand Canyon is a beautiful area with very large horse ranches. We love it here. It is peaceful , set back, quiet and pure heaven. Guest access It is the west view of mountains, oak trees and open space. Parking in front of the door. Other things to note There is a full kitchen in the Casita. A gas range, microwave, garbage disposal. High end cabinetry. All the appliances are brand new including a brand new washer/dryer. There are views of trees, pastures, and open space.
