This 214.61 m2 house is "La Castora" in Torrubia del Campo, just 45 minutes from Madrid. The journey of this house began in 2004 with the work and enthusiasm of Ms. Margarita, who devoted her time to achieving this goal. In 2020, her daughter Ruth and her husband Oscar decided to embark on a new path and turn "La Castora" into a VUT, to share their space for retreat and rest with guests. For 9 guests, here you will find everything you need to have an unbeatable stay. The space "La Castora" is divided into 3 floors: The ground floor has a kitchen, living-dining room with fireplace, reading room and TV (“La salita”), a full bathroom and 1 single room, called “La Fresca”. On the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms (“La Infiel”, “El Mirador”, “El descanso” and “La escondida”), 2 full bathrooms, a distributor hall that gives access to each of the rooms and the outdoor terrace, which surrounds part of the house. An interior courtyard and a living room, in what was the old cellar, complete the house. In the inner courtyard there is a covered porch and an open area, surrounded by vegetation, with wooden floors and a magnificent pergola. In the old warehouse is "El Refugio". Guest access Guests have access to the entire property Towels, linens, and hand soap included. The house has heating in all the rooms. No need to touch anything, they are regulated by a thermostat that recovers the room temperature and operates the boiler. The use of the fireplace is not allowed. The use of the barbecue is allowed as long as it is used responsibly. There is a capsule coffee maker and another electric coffee maker for ground coffee. There are air conditioners with a heat pump (for winter) that are controlled with a remote control in each of the rooms, in the living room and in the living room.
