The space Sai Mai House is a 2-story townhouse with 2 bedrooms (the 3rd room is used for storage) and 3 bathrooms (with water heaters in 2 of the bathrooms upstairs). The house includes a living room, workspace, kitchen, dining table, TV, comfortable sofa, and a small coffee corner for relaxation. There is parking space for 2 cars in front of the house, providing convenience and comfort for the whole family. Guest access Guest Manual: Utilities & House Rules Welcome to our home! To ensure you have a comfortable stay, please follow these instructions: [Arrival / Check-in] 1. Turn ON Water: Go to the water meter in front of the house (near the fence). Turn the red wheel handle Counter-Clockwise (to the left) until it stops. 2. Turn ON Electricity: Go to the 2nd floor. Locate the electrical panel and flip the Main Switch UP (to the ON position). [House Rules] • No Smoking: Please refrain from smoking anywhere inside or on the property. • Keep it Tidy: Please keep the space clean and return items to their original place. • Care & Respect: Please treat the property and appliances with care. [Departure / Check-out] • Before leaving, please turn off all lights, air conditioners, and water faucets inside the house. • Note: You do not need to turn off the main water valve or the main electricity switch.
