Escape to The Serene Home at Morwell for a peaceful, comfortable, and unforgettable stay. Guest access You will have the full access to the entire unit you have booked. Each unit will have two designated parking spots (1 under the shade and one nearby the property entrance). Other things to note Q&As Q: Is the unit pet-friendly? A: As much as we would love to have your furry friend, unfortunately pets are not allowed to stay to ensure the safety of other guests (allergies). If you require to bring your service dog as part of your health safety, we will require you to provide identification once the booking is confirmed so we may alert our team to be aware. Q: Can I confirm early check in before 3PM? A: As we may have guests checking out before you, we want to ensure that we prepare the unit in a clean and comfortable state. Although early check in is unable to be guaranteed, we will advise you if there is a possibility on the day of check-in itself. Q: Can I do late check out? A: Our check-out time is at 10AM. You may request late check out latest by 6PM the day before your check out date. Any uninformed late check out will result in additional charges. Q: Does the unit have two full bathrooms? A: Each unit has 1 full bathroom and 1 toilet. Q: Do I have to meet the hosts for check in? A: You will do a self check-in. The details of check in will be provided 2 days before arrival. This allows you to check in at anytime after 3PM.
