The space The accommodation can accommodate up to 5 guests thanks to its large family room and the sofa bed in the living room. It consists of two levels: ✨ On the ground floor • A fully equipped kitchen • A living room with an extra sofa bed and a 32-inch TV • Bathroom with 90x90 shower, toilet and sink ✨ Upstairs • A large bedroom including: – a queen-size bed (160 x 200) that can be converted into two single beds – a single bed (90 x 190 cm) – a trundle bed (90 x 190) A comfortable and functional space, perfect for couples, families or business travelers. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, which is completely private during their stay. They can freely enjoy the equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. ☀️ On sunny days, you can also enjoy a semi-in-ground oval above-ground pool (3.60 m × 4.85 m, depth 1.10 m), open daily from 10 am to 7 pm. The pool is shared between the different apartments, with private access by time slots to be reserved, so that everyone can enjoy it in peace. Access is exclusively reserved for residents (visitors are not allowed). Check-in is done by going to the reception desk, which is open from 7 AM to 9 PM, or independently using a lockbox. High-pressure cleaning is performed between each stay to ensure a perfectly healthy, clean, and pleasant environment for all our guests. - On-site dining: to make your stay even more comfortable, a dining service is available on-site with breakfast, a drinks menu, and carefully selected dishes, ideal for making the most of your time relaxing without having to go anywhere. - Family travel: In order to accommodate the little ones in the best possible way, we provide a crib, high chair, baby bath and potty free of charge upon request. Easy transportation and access: the accommodation is conveniently located with the Ginko Grand Besançon bus line No. 54 accessible within a minute's walk. Bike rentals on site. - Safety & tranquility: to ensure the safety of the premises and the well-being of everyone, the outdoor areas of the property are equipped with a video surveillance system that complies with the regulations in force. - A security deposit of €300 may be requested in accordance with the applicable rules and returned after checking the accommodation for damage.
