There are no safe walking routes to nearby villages or shops. • The nearest food shopping is in Loddiswell (around 5 minutes by car). • The nearest pub and garage are at California Cross, approximately 5 minutes away. • Salcombe, Kingsbridge, Bantham, Hope Cove and many of South Devon's most popular beaches are all within an easy drive. The apartment is situated on a private country estate. Guests have full access to the apartment and its private outdoor terrace, but the surrounding estate grounds are privately owned and are not available for guest use.
