Between the Jura and the Bresse, halfway between the Jura lakes region and the Burgundy wine estates, come and discover this old stable tastefully renovated into a friendly and warm accommodation with a surface area of 145 m2. The space On the ground floor, you will enjoy large spaces with an open kitchen and dining room (45 m2), a large living room (35 m2) with a wood-burning stove overlooking a terrace with a barbecue, as well as a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, a double sink and a washing machine. Upstairs you will find two large bedrooms: one with two single beds and a bunk bed, the second with a large double bed 160 x 200 with its adjoining bathroom in which you will also find toilets. You will have 3 parking spaces in front of the house, including a space with an electric car charging station that we can activate for an additional fee. You will be in the heart of a small typical village of Bresse with its magnificent Bresse farms. A stone's throw from the house, without taking your car, you will find a bakery, a butcher shop, a pizzeria, a grocery store and a large playground with pond, ideal for family walks in the countryside. Less than 15 minutes away by car, you can enjoy one of the most beautiful markets in France, the Louhans market, a city that has kept the picturesque charm of yesteryear with its paved shopping street and 157 arcades. Towards the Jura, you will find an aquatic base in the municipality of Desnes, less than 15 minutes from your residence. Are you a lover of good wines and discoveries?
