Between the Jura and the Bresse, halfway between the Jura lakes region and the Burgundy wineries, come and discover this former stable tastefully renovated in a friendly and warm accommodation with a surface of 145m2. The space On the ground floor, you will enjoy large spaces with kitchen open to dining room (45m2), an extensive living room (35m2) with wood stove overlooking a terrace with barbecue as well as a large bathroom including a walk-in shower, double vanity furniture and washing machine. Upstairs you will find two large bedrooms: one with two single beds and a bunk bed, the second with a large double bed 160x200 with its en-suite bathroom in which you will also find toilets. You will have 3 parking spaces in front of the house including a spot with an electric car charger that we can activate at extra cost. You will be in the heart of a small typical Bresse village with its beautiful Bressan farms. A stone's throw from the house, without taking your car, you will find a bakery, a butcher shop, a pizzeria, a grocery store as well as a large playground with a pond, ideal for family country walks. Less than 15 minutes away by car, you can enjoy one of the most beautiful markets in France, the Louhans market, a town that has kept the picturesque charm of yesteryear with its cobblestone shopping street and 157 arcades. Head to the Jura, you will find an aquatic base in the municipality of Desnes, less than 15 minutes from your residence. Lovers of good wines and discoveries? Come and taste the specific wines of the Jura terroir with its now well-known appellations: chardonnay, savagnin and especially yellow wine, Chateau chalon and straw wine, for an unforgettable taste discovery. Rather Burgundy? You are only 30 minutes from the Chaslonnais coast, and less than 1 hour from the great crus of Burgundy ( Nuits-Saint-Georges, Beaune etc.) Fancy freshness?
