-- Location. The villa is located in Agairia only 2 kms away from the calm southern beaches and the little fish harbor of Alyki. -- Indoor details. It consists of 2 bedrooms with direct access to the enormous verandas. One is equipped with a traditional iron made double bed, while the other one, with 2 built single beds. There is also a spacious living room where an extra sofa/bed can be added if needed. The traditionally made but fully equipped kitchen is separated from the living room by a stone built arch. The house is furnished and decorated in an authentic Aegean style. Most of the furniture are unique, hand made and belong to my family for generations. -- Outdoor details A traditionally made barbeque as well as a wood oven are at your disposal, in case you like to cook your dinner the way our grand fathers did. There is also a large garden with some olive trees, local plants and lots of rosebushes. You are more than welcome to use and enjoy the garden. On top of these, the joy of using the private pool will fulfill your need for unforgettable vacations. -- Living in the house. We are sure that you will try to keep the house in its good condition. Low noise activities during the hours of common quietness (1500-1700) would be much appreciated. No pets please. Thank you. Change of linen twice a week -- Interaction with the owner. We (my wife and me) are living in the house-s basement which has it-s own separate entrance and no other connection to the main house. I usually take care of the garden and the pool twice a day.(1000-1100 and 1830-1930).We will not be in sight out of these hours, as we spend quite a few hours in the beach. You will be given my cell phone number, in case you need to call me for any issues you might have. I shall be happy to provide you with all necessary information concerning your stay in Paros. I can share with you some little secrets about beaches, restaurants and fish taverns, excursions etc. As my wife is a great cook and I do the chargrill and barbecue, we could prepare (after discussion and agreement on the menu) an amazing Greek dinner for you in the veranda.
