Our GOLDBERG apartment offers you everything you need for a relaxing stay: LIVING AREA The cozy living area with its comfortable sofa bed is the perfect place for evenings together. Thanks to the full mattress (160 x 200 cm), it becomes a full-fledged sleeping area – for restful sleep without compromise. A smart TV provides entertainment when you need a break from exploring. BEDROOMS Two separate oases of peace ensure undisturbed nights. The master bedroom welcomes you with a luxurious double box spring bed (180x200 cm), which promises dreamy nights. For the smallest guests up to 2 years, we will gladly provide a baby cot on request and for a fee. The bright children's or guest room is equipped with two cozy single box spring beds (each 80 x 200 cm) – ideal for children or traveling friends who appreciate their own area. KITCHEN The separate, fully equipped kitchen is more than just a place to cook – it is the meeting place for the first coffee in the morning and shared cooking evenings. Here you will find everything your heart desires: fridge/freezer, multifunctional oven, hob, dishwasher and even a Nespresso capsule machine for the perfect start to the day. BATHROOM The spacious bathroom has a bathtub, toilet and hairdryer. Fresh towels will be ready for you, of course. Additional public parking is available on Dessauer Straße or in Landrain. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of an apartment building with 7 apartments. A keyless access system will take you to the apartment, where a key will then be available for your stay. Other things to note To ensure the protection of the apartment and the safety of our guests, we use a MINUT sensor to detect smoke and record the noise level. But don't worry! The device is absolutely data protection compliant. It just lets us know that our house rules are not being broken, that the temperature and humidity are pleasant, and that there are no security concerns.
