Cozy Waterfront Lakehouse (WiFi)

Relax at this peaceful lakefront home. WiFi 1 Acre of waterfront. 1 Queen bed 2 Futon Beds 1 Queen Bunk (Bottom) 1 Twin (Top) Note: futon beds for avg size adults/ children. They’ll be uncomfortable to large people. Consider before booking. Won’t provide refunds bc someone complains. Examine the description /look at pics before booking. If you read previous reviews you’ll see I don’t provide sympathy or refund for things you were warned about beforehand. If you want to whine, stay home. The space Cozy, not cramped. Guest access House only. All other buildings are off limits. Other things to note DISCLAIMER: Don't be a low/no IQ individual and book without reading this disclaimer. It is intended to prevent you from being one of those guests who complain about everything they were forwarned about and then get upset when I refuse a refund. Understand the following: It’s Texas. There will be bugs, dirt, heat, nature etc... its surrounded by nature... and Nature is part of Nature. It is baffling I have to say that about a lake house in Texas. If you cannot handle any of these things, then I suggest you vacation in a different place. I will not provide refunds because of dust, bugs, animals, weather and other things I can’t control. Sometimes there are bugs and spiderwebs on the outside of the house. Deal with it. I’ve never had anyone hug the side of the house or try to sleep on it so unless you are a house hugger, the bugs and spiderwebs webs shouldn’t bother you…. But if they do, keep it to yourself. I’m not going to power wash the house every week because of a few spider webs. If something inside the house was missed during cleaning such as a toilet, that would be a valid complaint my cleaner will handle. But if one tiny spot was missed on a shelf during dusting… dust it off and roll on. Occasionally, bugs can get in the house... get them out dead or alive and don't complain about it unless its a Ghostbusters extermination level threat arrises. Water levels are subject to change. I am not liable for any fluctuations in water levels. I'm not responsible for acts of nature, disasters, injuries, accidents and anything else I have no control over. For example, if you step in a hole or get struck by lightning or even if you accomplish both of these feats simultaneously, it's not my fault or responsibility. If you complain about any of these things, I will ignore you. I don’t want to hear any whining. If you have any problem with what I just said, stay somewhere else and stay off my property .
