Our 30 m² apartment is located on a quiet side street in Lorch Waldhausen. Some of the rooms have been completely renovated (April 2025). Free parking is available on the street. Public transport connections with services (VVS) to Stuttgart, Schorndorf, or Schwäbisch Gmünd, which runing every half hour. The region is also perfect for hiking and cycling. The geographical center of the River "Rems" is located in the town. The space There is a bedroom, a completely renovated bathroom (summer 2025), and a living room with a fitted kitchen. Another room in this apartment is locked and used for other purposes. The bedroom window is equipped with fly screens, the attic apartment can be well ventilated even in the summer months.
