From this centrally located 70 m² apartment you are in no time at all the important places - in 8 minutes on foot in the Au or in 6 minutes at the train station (route Vienna - Retz - Znajm), in 20 minutes at the Vienna city border, in 3 minutes at the highway. Thank you for your interest in this apartment! It is located on the ground floor of a two-family house - I live on the upper floor myself. When you come in through the garden gate in the perimeter wall, you will find the gentle coolness of my small garden with a relatively large pond. At the entrance, turn left into your apartment. You enter the anteroom with a wardrobe, washing machine and tumble dryer and the doors to the toilet and bathroom with shower. From the anteroom you enter the spacious living room with piano, sofa seating area, desk, wood-burning stove for cold days, a modern kitchenette with oven, electric stove, dishwasher and microwave. Of course, there is also a fridge-freezer combination as well as a cozy dining area. The last room is the spacious bedroom with a double bed 140 x 200. Here you have space for many items and through the glass doors from the living room and bedroom direct access to the terrace. There you can sit comfortably even in the rain, because the place is covered with glass. All in all, a wonderful place to stay on the border with Vienna with direct proximity to nature. Other things to note Outdoor pool, indoor pool and sauna are 5 minutes by car, a small SPAR is 3 minutes by foot, cinema is 4 minutes, church is 5 minutes, restaurants are 2 minutes. The train station is a 5-minute walk, the Au about 8 minutes. For a trip to the Wachau or to the forest and wine district by car, short travel times are to be expected.
