Queen Room - Shared Bathroom

Beautiful queen room, shared bathroom with double vanity. Peaceful, safe and centrally-located in the heart of Greenville, NC. Located in the ECU Health Medical District. Traveling professionals stay in the home, specially traveling nurses and some work night shifts so the house stays quiet. The space My home is 5 minutes from ECU Health, 8 minutes from ECU University and about 8 minutes from Pitt-Greenville Airport. It is centrally located in a safe and quiet brand new neighborhood. Most neighbors work at ECU health and are working professionals. This is the perfect place for traveling professionals and for families visiting their ECU students. The bedroom is on the second floor with a shared bathroom across the bedroom. When you go upstairs you will see a loft (you are welcome to use the fridge in the loft), then you make a right on the hallway and the bedroom is the last door on the right. The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed memory foam, very comfortable and cozy. There is a desk, chair and a lamp for you to enjoy doing some work or homework. It also has a 40" TV on the wall, a closet with a laundry basket, hangers, towels and a waste basket. Parking will be in the driveway or street parking in front of the house. If you want to store food in the fridge you are welcome to use the top two shelves as well as the freezer section. In the pantry you can store your food on the top two shelves on the left side. Guest access Guest will have access to shared common areas: Kitchen, living room, laundry room and backyard. Please be mindful that other guests live here and quiet hours are 10PM-7AM. There will be some traveling nurses living here and other traveling professionals. During your stay I love having guests in my home and everyone that has stayed here have been very respectful and responsible. Everyone respect each other's space and privacy as well!
