Meredith Central

Located 40 minutes' drive from Geelong and Ballarat is the historical township of Meredith, this beautiful home away from home exudes warmth and comfort providing a cosy atmosphere. A short 4 minute walk to both hotels which offer live music (most weekends) and a delicious meal. We offer tennis racquets for you to enjoy the tennis courts across the road, beautiful nature walks and wineries close by. A short 10 minute drive you will find Stieglitz, the 1st preserved gold mining town in Victoria. The space Meredith Central has 3 bedrooms, 2 queen beds and 1 king single, it has an open plan lounge/ kitchen area, a study nook, a smaller sitting room with a piano, 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms, and in the cooler months enjoy the warmth and cosiness of the woodheater. we also have a coffee machine and fresh coffee for your convenience and platter on arrival, which consists of fresh sourdough, Meredith goats cheese and fruit. Guest access The garage is unavaliable for use at this stage. There is a large backyard with 2 garden beds and you are welcome to pick what ever we have growing organically in them to acompany any meals you have. We would appreciate also not going behind the locked gate at the back as that is where we have 4 chooks who are also providing fresh eggs for our guests. Other things to note House Rules: No smoking or vaping indoors No parties No illegal items/substances Be respectful regarding noise levels Respect check-in,check-out time Please do your dishes No unregistered guests are allowed to stay overnight No pets
