Mid-term rental apartment available for stays of minim 1 month, fully equipped, located in the city of Brasov, in the Racadau neighborhood, characterized by fresh-air area surrounded by woods, yet close to the city center: 6 min by car/taxi, ~ 20 by bus and ~ 30 min walks, is the perfect place for you to enjoy the wonders of the mountainside. Great for solo adventurers, couples or families with kids. The space The apartment is located on the 5th floor, which is accessible either via an elevator, or stairs. All windows have mosquito nets and in the living room and the bed room have black-out curtains. The apartment: — A bedroom with double bed (160x200cm) and open balcony overlooking the Tampa mountain. — A living room having an extensible couch (145x190cm) and an extensible sofa bed (80x188cm), also with open balcony overlooking the main pedestrian street of the Racadau neighborhood, TV with Netflix. — The kitchen is fully equipped : dishwasher, fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and all the cutlery, plates, pots and other kitchen utensils that are needed (can be seen in the pictures). — Bathroom with bathtub. — Within the apartment you will find Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, washing machine, some toys for small kids (up to 2years), Netflix account. Smoking is allowed only in the balcony, having the balcony door closed (in order to prevent any smoke going inside the apartment).
