The space This fully furnished studio apartment is located in a quiet spot in the heart of Enschede – ideal for those temporarily in the city for work or study. Many of our guests stay for several weeks or months and appreciate the combination of comfort, privacy, and practical amenities. The accommodation features a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a private refrigerator, and ample wardrobe space to store your belongings neatly. In the adjoining living room, you’ll find a cozy seating area with a sofa, coffee table, and television – perfect for relaxing after a long day. The bathroom is private and equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet, with towels included. The kitchen and the peaceful garden are shared with only a few other guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, kettle, and tableware, allowing you to prepare your own meals with ease. For extra convenience, use of the washing machine and dryer is included – especially handy for longer stays. Smoking and pets are not allowed to ensure the accommodation remains fresh and pleasant for everyone. Parking nearby is paid during the day and evening, but free at night. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and good public transport connections are all within walking distance. Guest access During your stay, you have access to your private bedroom, a separate living room, and a private bathroom. In your room, there is a private refrigerator for your groceries and drinks. You can also use the shared kitchen and the quiet garden, shared with only a few other guests. In the kitchen, each guest has their own storage cupboard. For longer stays, cleaning supplies, an iron and ironing board, as well as the use of a washing machine, dryer, and detergent are included. For an additional fee, interim cleaning can be arranged. You can safely store your bicycle in the shed at the back of the garden. The garden can be reached through the white door on the left side of the house, via the hallway leading to the back. Other things to note Our accommodation is fully equipped for longer stays. Guests are generally responsible for their own cleaning, changing bed linen, and washing towels. All necessary cleaning supplies are provided. Interim cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee. Please note: In 2026, the VAT rate for accommodation in the Netherlands will increase from 9% to 21%. Bookings for 2026 will therefore be subject to the higher rate.
