Our 900 sqft basement apartment features a master bedroom, connecting kitchenette/sitting room, and bathroom. We are a 20-minute drive to the UW campus, Capitol Square, and Dane County Airport—minutes from Middleton Pheasant Branch Conservancy for hiking and biking. Madison and Middleton consistently win "Best Places to Live" awards for quality of life. As past Superhosts, we are excited to start hosting again after COVID! The space Our property is on an acre and a half heavily wooded lot. Our street is a dead in great for walking. Guest access Guests can access the suite from the front of the house through the door in the breezeway or from the back of the house via French doors. Both entries have push-button locks. Other things to note We do not host children under 12 because of the swimming pool. Dogs must be kenneled while guests are out of the suite and on a leash at all times on the property.
