Cozy Canton Room 2 of 2 "Blue" in our Home

Hello! We are booking for short term or long term stays. You will have your own bedroom with an AC/Heater unit in the room and access to other shared spaces. There is also central air and heat. Please feel free to make yourself at home while staying with us. If you are hungry and find something in the fridge or cupboard that looks appealing, help yourself. Please feel free to use fridge or counters for your personal food. If you need long term please reach out for a discounted price point. The space Welcome to our home. Our two daughters are away at college so their rooms have been made Air B&B Ready. There is a shared bathroom but only if both rooms are booked at the same time. We have two rooms available for you to stay in. The "Blue" room is a Queen bed and the "Sage room is a Full Bed. In the Blue room, you are under the stairs and you will be able to hear us go up to our bedroom (we try to walk quietly. :) I don't think it's too annoying, but if you prefer it very quiet, you may want to choose the Sage room if it is available. Guest access Your room is on the main floor to the right of the bathroom. You will have access to the family room, the living room, TV area (Netflix, Disney+, Amazon video, Hulu), kitchen, and the basement laundry facilities. There is a shared bathroom if there are guests in the additional room. Our room is upstairs, which is not a shared space. There is a very large back yard and a stream down at the bottom of the yard. Nice large back deck to enjoy the evening. You can park in the driveway to the right side, so as to not block the garage door. Early and Late check in/out may be available for certain circumstances... During your stay I am available any time throughout the day for questions or assistance. I work 12 minutes away if there are any emergencies. Other things to note We do have a very quiet, calm Fur baby who isn't interested in going into the two guest rooms. :) Please make yourself at home and let us know if you need anything.. we probably have it!
