Close to the famous Ichetucknee Springs and Ginnie Springs, you’ll have endless adventures like river floats, hiking, and exploring. The house is super roomy with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living areas—one with a huge projector for epic movie nights🍿. There’s also a bright sunroom where you can work, read or just relax with your morning coffee. Need to clean away the day’s fun? We’ve got 2 sets of washers and dryers, so no waiting around! Outside is where the magic really happens. The massive yard has a fire barrel for roasting marshmallows, a garden of fruit trees and grapevines, and plenty of space to roam. Bring your bikes, ATVs, or walking shoes—there’s lots to explore. Keep an eye out for deer and birds; wildlife sightings are common here! Whether you’re craving adventure or just want to chill in a peaceful spot, this is the perfect place to unwind and reconnect with nature and each other. Other things to note Please keep number of cars/trucks to 3 or less. Pet fee $40 per pet. Please include number of pets and number of guests in your reservation where prompted. Certain times of the year (mainly late fall and during winter) sand spurs grow in parts of the yard. Please advise kids to wear shoes and keep an eye on your pets paws. Water source is from a well. The hot and cold water taps are reversed in the bathroom that has the washer and dryer. So hot water is on the right side and cold water is on the left.
