Pear Tree Cottage

Pear tree Cottage is a newly refurbished two bedroom cottage. It’s an old stables that has lots of character, but space and light so you can relax and look at the beautiful views. The garden is fully enclosed and not over looked. Safe and enclosed for pets and very peaceful. The space The Cottage entrance opens into a spacious dining room. The dining table seats 6. Lots of light and windows and you’re not over looked. One door goes into a cosy lounge. There is a three seater sofa and love chair. There’s a 32 inch smart tv, so you can sign into your own apps etc. Internet is pretty good in the cottage. Another door from the dining room leads you into a fully fitted kitchen. There’s been some large patio doors fitted which leads into a garden area. You’ll find everything you need in the kitchen if you are self catering. Dishwasher and a washer dryer. 4 ring induction hob and an electric fan oven. Ironing board, iron and hoover are under the stairs . Up stairs are two bedrooms interlinked. Please note they are both open, and you have to go through a single room to get to the double. There’s a bathroom upstairs with a shower basin and toilet. Lots of wardrobe space. Vanity unit and full size mirror. Back downstairs you go through another large bathroom with large shower, basin and toilet. Then into another double bedroom with French doors onto the garden. Beautiful in the summer. The garden area is large with a patio and fully enclosed.There’s a table and chairs and a large grass area for dogs. Guest access The whole cottage is accessible. There are French doors which go onto the main property and they are always locked.
