The space Serenity 1 (no103) is a lovely caravan. One double bed, one small double and two single beds. Fully equipped kitchen with domestic gas cooker, air fryer, microwave, kettle and toaster. There are 4 TVs one in the lounge and one in each bedroom. The master bedroom has the en-suite shower room. There is a central lounge with electric fire. Gas fired central heating and double glazing. Thermal lined curtains and the floor is fully insulated. The small double and single bedrooms share a shower room. Within walking distance there is the St Nicholas park where you can hire Kayaks. On site there is a delightful pub that serves great food, a marina and a footpath to Carlton Marshes Nature Reserve. There are plenty of lovely pubs, cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. Lowestoft South has a great sandy beach which is only 10 mins drive away. Lots to do and see in the surrounding area. We also have Serenity 2 (98) just opposite Serenity 1 if the latter is not available. Guest access All of the property is available to use. Other things to note Outside seating area on the decking has a table, chairs and parasol. All bedding and towel are included.
