The upper floor features two bedrooms with queen size beds perfect for privacy and relaxation. Also on the upper floor, two twin beds in a shared room are also available and are perfect for kids or single adults. Have extra guests? A futon makes for a quick sleeping arrangement for those extra large families with a need for extra space. Our home features 3 smart TVs with access to all of your favorite streaming services. A well outfitted kitchen is perfect for hosting your family and eating in at the extra large dining room table. High speed Wifi available Guest access You will have access to the entire house and backyard all to yourself. You will access the house via a smart lock on the front door. Other things to note We absolutely do not allow smoking inside of our home. If tobacco or marijuana use is discovered, a $750 cleaning/odor remediation fee will be assessed. Our house is also pet free. While service animals are allowed, we would appreciate it if you left your furry friends at home. An additional fee of $200 will be assessed along with additional cleaning fees if animals are present on the property or in the house. Please no extra guests. We have a large house and can accommodate plenty of people. Please do not go over our occupancy limits. Absolutely no parties, glitter, confetti. Extra fees may be assessed for breaking these rules.
