My cottage in the beautiful marsh

Relax with family or friends and enjoy nature 20 minutes from St-Félicien. Go on the snowmobile and snowshoe trails in winter, on the lake in summer, stop for a moment to watch the birds. The chalet is not directly by the water but 500 m away, there is the Bôme marina, an observation tower and a small public beach. Or just rest in the newly renovated cottage and explore the multiple tourist destinations in the area. The space - Kitchen, living room, open plan dining room. - The sofa also makes a sofa bed. - In the bathroom, the heating is a heated floor. - The water supply of the cottage comes from a filtering tip, there may be a normal coloring of the water and the water pressure is relatively low. - For summer, a 2-seater fishing kayak is available for river rides. It is located in the small Bôme Marina on a stand. PFDs, oars and kayak chairs are available at the cottage. - The cottage being located near a marsh, you have to count with the biting insects in summer! - Outdoor fireplace: Wood is provided, available outside the garage. - The marina is a 5 min walk, with its small beach to cool off. - In winter, snowmobile trails pass by the chalet. You can also snowshoe on the marsh or in the woods behind the grounds. - No access to basement, garage and shed please.
