My chalet in the beautiful marsh

Relax with family or friends and enjoy nature 20 minutes from Saint-Félicien. Go on snowmobile and snowshoe trails in winter, on the lake in summer, stop for a moment to observe the birds. The chalet is not directly on the waterfront but 500 m away, there is the Bôme marina, an observation tower and a small public beach. Or simply relax in the newly renovated chalet and explore the many tourist destinations in the area. The space - Open plan kitchen, living room, dining room. - The sofa is also a sofa bed. - In the bathroom, the heating is underfloor heating. - The water supply to the chalet comes from a filter point, there may be normal water coloration and the water pressure is relatively low. - For the summer, a 2-seater fishing kayak is available for rides on the river. It is located in the small marina of Bôme on a stand. PFDs, oars and kayak chairs are available at the cottage. - The chalet is located near a marsh, so you have to deal with biting insects in summer! - Outdoor fireplace: wood is provided, available outside the garage. - The marina is a 5-minute walk, with its small beach to cool off. - In winter, snowmobile trails pass by the chalet. You can also go snowshoeing on the marsh or in the woods behind the grounds. - Access to the basement, garage and shed is prohibited.
