Our country house, a former presbytery 10 min from Gerberoy, offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. With a beautiful garden, tennis, swimming pool, fireplace, very well-equipped kitchen, home cinema, office with fiber optics, and everything you need for children (swings, trampoline, rain beds, deckchair...), it is ideal for moments with family or friends. Very well insulated, it remains comfortable even in winter. Note that there is no bedroom on the ground floor. The space The house consists of the following: 1. On the ground floor - Kitchen - Toilet - Dining room with a large table that can seat up to 12 people - Living room with fireplace 2. On the first floor - A double bedroom (180 cm bed) with bathroom/shower + toilet - A small bedroom with two bunk beds - A small living room - Bathroom with bathtub + toilet - A large bedroom (queen bed, single bed and child's bed) + office/teleworking space 3. Third floor - 2 double bedrooms (140 cm beds) - One bedroom with two single beds - Toilet - Bathroom with bathtub - Bathroom with shower - Two extra beds on the landing The home theater is in a separate room under the kitchen.
