The Les Colibris apartment is located in a pretty, secure residence with direct access to the beach. Its large terrace offers an exceptional view of the Caribbean Sea and its magnificent sunsets. A bakery is located at the foot of the residence and all the necessary amenities are just a stone's throw away (restaurants, supermarket, fruits and vegetables). The perfect setting and ideal location for a dream vacation and the discovery of the many treasures of the North Caribbean. The space The apartment is located on the second floor of a small residence and has two secure parking spaces. This 78 square meter accommodation is composed of: - A 25 square meter terrace with a large dining table, six chairs, two relaxers and two deckchairs with cushions and a magnificent view of Coin beach. It also includes an outdoor kitchen (base units, sink, electric hob) and an electric ceiling fan. - A kitchen equipped with American fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, hotplates, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and essentials for cooking and eating meals. - A living room with corner sofa, a large television, a desk and a ceiling fan. - An air-conditioned bedroom with four-poster bed with 160cm mosquito net, television hanging on the wall, large storage cupboard and small balcony. - An air-conditioned bedroom with two 140cm bunk beds, a large storage cupboard and mosquito net directly in the window. - A bathroom with 120x80 cm shower and WC. A fan, an iron and an ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, some children's beach games (buckets, shovels) and balls are also available. A baby bed and a high chair are available if necessary. Guest access An electric gate will allow you to access the residence's parking lot and two parking spaces will be available. The residence has direct access to the beach.
