The space The bungalow-style holiday home, almost everything comfortable and generationally appropriate on one level, has just been completely renovated with great attention to detail and furnished in a tasteful country house style. This includes a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living and recreation rooms, sun-flooded dining areas, relaxing quiet bedrooms, cosy retreats inside and outside as well as a panoramic roof terrace with sea and mountain views. Private parking spaces on the fenced property. The communal pool is protected from view of oranges and the garden "L'Albarda". The pool is just around the corner, but far enough away to be undisturbed in your holiday home. Other things to note The modern solar system minimises electricity costs, so that only a flat-rate electricity fee of 2 euros per day is charged for the entire house (shown as a "fee for other services"). Gas is only charged according to consumption during the heating period from November to April. For long-term rentals, a monthly advance payment of 150 euros is requested and offset against the actual consumption at the end. In times of rising consumer prices, you can bring your own linen to save money or book it as an option. Bed linen costs 10 euros per person and change.
