Welcome to a cozy and centrally located home where you can relax in quiet surroundings! Here you get a private, lockable room in a spacious apartment with access to a cozy common room, fully equipped kitchen and a large bathroom with washing machine and dryer. The house is located in the city center, with only 800 m to the train station, 500 m to the shopping center and 5 min drive to the airport. Perfect for both business and leisure! Free WiFi, self check-in and a homey atmosphere make your stay comfortable. The space The apartment extends over the 2nd and 3rd floor of our home and has four private bedrooms. Two rooms on the 2nd floor have double beds, while the two attic rooms have single beds. Common areas include a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a large bathroom with washing machine and dryer. Free WiFi and self check-in. No private parking, but free street parking. The house is located in the city center, near the train station, shopping mall and airport. Guest access Guests have a private entrance via external stairs to the 2nd and 3rd floor. They have access to their private bedroom, as well as the common areas: living room, kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom is reserved for guests, but can be shared with other guests. Washer and dryer is also available. No private parking, but free street parking nearby. During your stay We live on the 1st floor and are available if needed, but respect the privacy of our guests. We respond quickly to messages via Airbnb chat and can help with questions during your stay. Sometimes we are out for short periods of time, but we make sure that guests have all the information they need for an easy and comfortable experience.
