The house is 100 sqm and offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a laundry room, a living room, a dining room and a kitchen. The house is in an old fishing village in the Northern part of Iceland. The house's location offers a spectacular mountain view, and also a view over the town, the port and the ocean. We can promise that you will be stunned by the steep mountains, spectacular mountain views, stillness and quiet atmosphere in the old fishing town, and the midnight "daylight" during the summer. During all that fun, you will enjoy the accommodation in our newly renovated modern luxury villa. The house is located within a 7-minute walk of the town centre. From the house, there is a spectacular view of the town, the harbour, and all the mountains surrounding the fjord. On the sundeck, there is a hot tub and an outdoor shower. There is a free parking lot on the premises. The house has three bedrooms, one of them with a walk-in bathroom. There is also another bathroom in the house for the guests staying in the other two bedrooms. The house comes with all facilities, including a washing machine with an inbuilt dryer, an ice machine and an extra mini fridge in the washing room. There are two TVs in the house, one in the living room and one in a bedroom, which is great for accommodating teenagers. Both TVs can be connected to the internet, so guests can connect to their streaming service. There is free wifi in the house. Upon arrival, there will be a local person welcoming the guests, handing out keys and familiarising guests with all necessary information. The house is a second home, owned by a family of five, which uses the house during the winter season for skiing. The family is welcoming guests to enjoy the summer scenario that Siglufjörður has to offer and is therefore renting the house during the summer season.
