Beautiful Oceanview Home

Relax with the whole family at this beautiful Oceanview home that has been completely renovated near River John. The house has a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. Each bedroom has a queen bed, closet space and air conditioning. The upstairs sunroom has an amazing view of the beach and surroundings. You will be amazed by the sunset views and if you're lucky you just might see the Northern Lights! The beach is perfect for walking, kayaking or swimming. The space I have 2 cottages built on the same lot, the front yard is quite large - each unit has it's own driveway (please do not park on the lawn) and the only space that is shared is the fire pit area located between the cottages. We are on a well and septic system so only toilet paper can be flushed (no wipes, no paper towel, no tissue). The well water is not for drinking or cooking but fine for everything else. I provide you with a water cooler and extra jugs throughout your stay. It is important to complete your booking with the correct amount of people staying so I can ensure you have enough water to get you through your stay. I will provide you with all the basic starters such as S&P, olive oil, cooking spray, plastic wrap, tin foil, toilet paper, paper towel etc.. if you are wondering about anything specific just send me a message. We have strict recycling laws in Nova Scotia and I have done everything I can to make this easy for you. I have separate garbage cans all labeled clearly as to what goes where. I provide plenty of extra garbage, recycling and compost bags. It is important you follow my instructions - if you are unsure of something just ask. I also provide 4 beach towels, 4 beach chairs and a beach umbrella. Guest access You will have access to everything within the cottage except the garage. The door at the end of the hallway will be locked. Other things to note The fire pit is a shared area with my cottage next door. Registration details STR2425B9017
