Beautiful little Ardennes house located in the heart of a quiet village and close to the lake and waterfalls of Coo. The house is surrounded by a garden with a BBQ area, a seating area and a covered jacuzzi. There is a kitchen with wood fire and a cozy living room. There are 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms + 1 mezzanine (half floor not suitable for adults). Linens are not included, stairs are not suitable for everyone! The space Typical Ardennes and rustic house, close to the lake and the Coo waterfalls. On the ground floor: Entrance hall with guest toilet, laundry room and wine cellar with fridge (- 2 steps). Kitchen with terrace access, dining room with wood fire, living room. Upstairs: first bedroom with double bed and bathroom in the hallway (bathtub, sink and toilet) then second bedroom with double bed, dressing room, bathroom (Italian shower, sink and toilet) and mezzanine (half-floor not suitable for adults) with double bed. Outside: cul-de-sac alley, garden and terrace with lounge, BBQ, table and jacuzzi covered and heated all year round. ! no parking in front of the house, free parking 50 m away on the small main street. Other things to note Linens and basic products (toilet paper, garbage bag, soap, spices, charcoal, wood, etc.) are not included. Pets not allowed, parties and groups of young people prohibited. House in the center of the village, respect the usual tranquility and the neighbors. House difficult to find: The garden gate (painted green) indicates number 7 but GPS does not find it easily.
