Charming Beach House with Warm, Cosy and Contemporary Interior

This beautifully situated Coastguard House overlooks the sea and mountains from every viewpoint. The little fishing village of Cleggan is just a 5 minute walk away, with its four pubs, restaurant, local shop and famous pier with trips to the idyllic island of Inishbofin. A 10 minute walk past horses, donkeys and cows will take you to Selerna, one of many the sandy beaches that surrounds the Aughrus peninsula. Having been recently renovated, the White House is open and modern with a Sonos system, WiFi, NEST heating system, wood burner and projector. The house comfortably sleeps 6 people with a double bed in the master bedroom and 4 bunk beds in the second bedroom. There is also a large double sofa/bed in the parlour that pushes the maximum capacity up to 8 people. The town of Clifden is a 10 minutes drive away, where you'll find supermarkets, a good range of restaurants and boutique shops as well as the excellent Mullarkeys music bar. It’s a great little house, perfect for a couple or families, a quintessentially magical Irish Beach House on the most westerly point of Connemara.
