This cozy homestay is on a hill in Malgund and has beautiful views of the sea. It is only 2 km from Ganpatipule Devsthan Temple and Ganpatipule Beach, and near the Kavi Keashavsuth Smarak. Malgund Beach is just a short walk away, making it a great place for beach lovers and those looking for a peaceful stay. You can enjoy the local culture or relax with the sound of the waves. The space This peaceful second-floor homestay is a perfect mix of comfort and nature. The cozy bedroom has a full-size bed, a cupboard with hangers, and extra floor mattresses and pillows for added comfort. You can step out onto two balconies—one with a beautiful sea view and the other with a view of green mango trees, perfect for enjoying the morning or evening. ( We don't have Lift, guests are supposed to take stairs. Please kindly note for senior citizens) The homestay has a kitchen with basic utensils. Cleaning items like brooms, dustbins (in both the kitchen and bathroom), and buckets in the bathroom are also provided. The bathroom is clean, with a toilet, geyser, and shower for your comfort. This homestay is perfect for those looking for a relaxing break with nature and the comfort of home. It offers a peaceful stay in a beautiful setting. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire homestay during their stay, ensuring complete privacy and comfort. You can enjoy all areas, from the cozy bedroom to the relaxing balconies with beautiful views. In the kitchen, guests can use a set of basic utensils. Please note that the cupboard in the bedroom is shared; you can use one side of the cupboard (with hangers and the upper compartment), while the other side is reserved for private use. Everything is set up to give you a comfortable, stress-free experience while respecting your privacy. Other things to note The homestay is located on a serene hilltop, surrounded by charming bungalows, with breathtaking views of the sea and lush mango trees. As you enter the Sea Vista complex, you'll be greeted by a scenic landscape, and atop the hill, you'll find our cozy Sea Vista Hilltop Homestay. When you enter the homestay, you’ll see a handmade nameplate with "VARTAK." The space is made to be both comfortable and surrounded by nature. On the left, there’s a large bedroom with a full-size bed and a balcony with a beautiful sea view. On the right, the kitchen opens to a second balcony with a peaceful view of mango trees. The homestay has a simple bathroom and basic kitchen utensils for your stay. You’ll have water 24/7, and electricity is always available. If there’s a power cut, we have an inverter to keep things running smoothly. This homestay is perfect for enjoying quiet mornings and sunsets from your own balcony.
