The space The structure is made up of an open space living area with kitchen and sitting room, a spacious double bedroom, a bedroom with two beds, bathroom and closet. The living area and the double bedroom open onto a small terrace. The house has independent methane gas heating. It has a parking space and closed garage for bicycles. The house has land a short distance away where an olive grove has been created, installing a small apiary and enhancing old fruit trees such as pears, figs, cherries and mulberries. At night there is no light pollution and therefore the place is also valuable for sky observation enthusiasts.
