Single room: €65.00 Double room: €86.00 Please note that the stated price of €43.00 per person applies to a double room and not to a single room. The space On the 1st floor there are 5 guest rooms (4 double rooms, 1 triple room), the guest kitchen and a vacation apartment (double bed, kitchen, if necessary another sleeping option on the couch). All rooms have a shower/toilet. Free Wi-Fi available. For the use of our rooms as single rooms, we charge a surcharge of 22 euros per person per night. Guest access Our guests can use a separate guest kitchen on the 1st floor. Access to the rooms and the kitchen is via the main staircase. 5 parking spaces are on the premises. Other things to note My partner and I also live in an apartment in the house, on the first floor on the other side of the house. However, the areas are spatially separated. Since the house has several rooms and we also rent the rooms individually, it may be that not all rooms are always available and other guests are also in the common areas (guest kitchen, terrace, remaining outdoor area).
