Free range chickens (who won't approach you unless offered treats) strew about the property offering guests fresh eggs for their stay. Kids/Games- There is a basketball net, Disc golf basket that can be moved around the property, a walk-in closet filled with games and toys, a tree house with a climbing wall, zipline, and swurfer, and board games. Winter- The home is built in a sloping valley, so on-site sledding is available during the winter months. Multiple sleds will be available for use. The home will be lightly decorated (including a Christmas tree) during the holiday season. Though the pool is closed for the Winter, the hot tub will be available. While the main home and all amenities are exclusively yours, there is a completely detached guest house and garage on the acreage. My in-laws may be in residence to maintain the grounds and chickens, but they have no access to, and no view of, the pool or hot tub areas. With no shared walls or sightlines, your 5-acre retreat remains entirely private. Parking- The driveway and garage has plenty of room for up to 5 vehicles parked at the home. No more than 5 vehicles are allowed at the home at one time. No RVs or trailers. No parking on the private roads in the community.
