Other things to note At Calya Home, we take great care of our property and are highly selective with our guests to maintain its quality and serenity. Parties and pets are not allowed. Smoking is permitted only on the terrace and strictly prohibited inside the house. A security deposit of €400 is required prior to your stay, which will be fully refunded immediately after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of the house rules.
