Welcome to a seaside vacation home where you can forget all everyday worries and just enjoy the peaceful surroundings. This accommodation consists of a slightly larger house of 85 sqm and a smaller cottage, associated garden with lawn and patio deck. The accommodation is located by the water in peaceful Djursvik, with only 75 meters to the swimming area. The space The slightly larger house consists of a hall, two fresh bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with an open floor plan for the dining room and a TV room with a fireplace to light on cold evenings. The larger bedroom has a double bed and the slightly smaller bedroom has two single beds and a loft where you can fit another bed. The bathroom is spacious with toilet, sink, shower and washing machine. The smaller house consists of a large bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping alcove with a bunk bed. There is also a fresh bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Adjacent to the larger house is a spacious wooden deck with several dining areas, a large awning over one part and a part that is glazed. From the entire patio deck, you have a magical view of the water. There are also grass areas with room for play. For our guests, there are bicycles, canoe and SUP board to use. The Wi-Fi is 4G with extra antennas on the roof but sometimes the speed is a bit limited. Wi-Fi coverage is around the main cottage, not in the smaller cottage. Djursvik is primarily a quiet summer cottage area with a swimming area and boat docks. In the adjacent village, which is a 10-minute drive away, there is a grocery store, gas station and a pizzeria. There is also an 18-hole golf course (Möre Golf Club). Excursion destination 10-20 minutes drive away: - Stufvenäs guesthouse, which has a restaurant and spa. - Fulvik's swimming area and the Örarevet nature reserve where there are nice barbecue areas and hiking trails. - Bergkvara harbor where a boat trip to Garpen lighthouse and seal safari is offered. Other things to note Other: Sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels can be purchased for SEK 150/person and stay. The guest is responsible for cleaning before check-out or purchasing at a cost of SEK 1,500 per stay. No smoking allowed on the property.
