Close to a natural reserve, with a view of the pond, and a private community park with a gazebo & play area. The space This spacious house is set in a very quiet Cul-de-sac next to a private park, nature reserve, and a pond at the back of the house. The private room is spacious & is set on the 2nd floor on one side of the house with its own view of the front of the house and the nature reserve. Guest access Guests will have access to all common areas in the house, including 2 separate living rooms, the dining room, the kitchen, and the laundry room. They can also use the open patio overlooking the pond in the back. Kitchen access is limited to preparing light refreshments, making beverages, and heating food. No cooking is allowed. Other things to note We live in a very safe neighborhood and have resided here for almost 28 years, but for your added security and peace of mind, we have security cameras outside and at the house's entrance.
