This spacious house is set in a very quiet Cul-de-sac next to the private park, nature reserve and a pond in the back of the house. The private room is spacious & is set on the 2nd floor on one side of the house with its own view of the front of the house and nature reserve. Guests will have access to all the common areas in the house including 2 separate living rooms, dining room, Kitchen as well as the laundry room. They can also use open patio overlooking the pond in the back. Kitchen access is limited to preparation of light refreshments, making beverages and heating of food. No cooking is allowed. Our subdivision is called "Orange Cove" and is located right in front of West Orange High School. Our house is the last & only double story house at the end of the cul-de-sac on Citrus Cove Drive. There is ample free parking in front of the house.The parking is restricted during 9 AM & 1 PM (weekdays only) on the street during the school term. Winter Garden is west of Downtown Orlando which is only 10 min drive away. The house is close to all major roads including Florida Turnpike, State Road 429 & State Road 50. Public transport is available but car travel is recommended. Uber & Lyft services are in the area with pickups from & to the Orlando International airport and everywhere else as well. We live in a very safe neighborhood and have resided here for almost 23 years but for your added security and peace of mind, we have security cameras outside and at the entrance of the house.
