Cozy house on a flat

The house is located at the heart of a dead end road with a small playground,football field and forest in the immediate vicinity. There is a porch/deck on both sides of the house so you have sun from morning to evening. It is completely undisturbed on the front porch and a pavilion with dining area for 8 people. It takes 10-12 minutes to walk down to Sætre city center where you will find the city beach, restaurants and shops. There is room for 2 cars by the house. The space The house is on a flat and about 100 sqm. There are 3 bedrooms with double beds in all rooms. 2 of the bedrooms have wardrobes. There is a separate bathroom and toilet, with a washing machine in the bathroom. There is a large kitchen with everything you need, dining area for 8-10 people and a spacious living room. There is a small porch from the master bedroom where you can enjoy☀️ the morning sun. On the front of the house there is a large deck with seating areas, dining area, barbecue and a pavilion with heat lamps for late summer evenings. The house is located at the end of a dead-end road, but in close proximity to the forest, a small playground and a football field. Guest access The whole house except for a locked storage room is at your disposal. There is a small separate rental with an entrance in the back where someone lives, so the porch behind the house is divided by a partition. Other things to note The house is located in a residential area, so parties are not allowed and it must be quiet after 11 pm. It is of course "legal" to sit outside in the pavilion after this, but no loud music etc. for the sake of the neighbors.
