Cozy little house on a farm next to the main house. Own fenced yard where children and pets are safe to outdoors. The farm is located at the end of an ending road, no public transport. In the yard there are horses, a dog, a cat, bunnies, chickens and fluffy sheep that you can pet! ❤️ By separate agreement, it is possible to get to know the animals better with the guidance of the owner. The space The house is about 60 sqm. Two bedrooms, one with a 160 cm wide double bed and a smaller room with a 90x200 cm bunk bed and an approx. 80x110 cm crib. In addition to the electric stove, there is a wood stove that can also be used to heat the house in winter. Wood available on site. An air heat pump that cools well in summer and heats in winter. The living room has a TV and a large sofa. The sofa is not a pull-out sofa bed, but you can sleep on it if you want. Please let us know separately if you need linen for the sofa. Private toilet + shower. Linens and towels are included in the price. The beds are already made. Please let me know in advance if you want to use your own linen. No separate cleaning fee, the guest is expected to take care of the dishes in the machine and the garbage in the trash. There is plenty of parking space in front of the house, even for a motorhome or a trailer. There is also space for outdoor activities and play in the yard. In winter, rabbits and sheep are on display in the barn. Horses live in the yard all year round. You can walk on the road leading from the stable to the yard, and there are also toys for children along the way. 2 km away is the Korkeakangas ski resort, where you can enjoy a variety of activities all year round. Mountain biking trails, frisbee golf courses, illuminated jogging trails, a barbecue hut, ski trails in winter and a sledding hill suitable for larger ones on the former ski slope, as well as the longest municipal steps in Pirkanmaa in stunning scenery. The center is 5 km away and the nearest store is 3.8 km away. There are several beaches in Valkeakoski, the closest ones are in the downtown area. The center also has a fun park Walklandia, with a pumptrack and skate park, as well as a stickball field. Lempäälä Ideapark is less than half an hour away. Other things to note During the stay, adults, children, animals and machinery may be seen in the yard and elsewhere on the farm (hay work as needed regardless of the time of day, in which case the tractor may pass by the house a little more often.
