It includes a large ground floor terrace and a garage. The public transport stop to the city center is opposite the residence. The space Designer furnished one-room studio with a hallway, bathroom with toilet and a large terrace. The living space combines a brand new stylish kitchen, a living area with a sofa bed with a full mattress for everyday sleeping (140 x 200 cm) and a sleeping area with a queen size bed (160 x 200 cm). Accommodation is for a maximum of 4 people. Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, induction, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, combined oven (microwave and oven). Tea and coffee are available free of charge. Nature right outside the door: forest, Svratka river valley, Brno dam for walks or jogging. Private garage parking included with exposed illuminated rock - you can conveniently leave your car parked and use public transport. Tram and trolleybus stop right next to the building, the lines will take you to the center quickly and without worries about parking, you will arrive at the exhibition center in 12 minutes by tram number 1. Other things to note The studio is located in a residential building where people live permanently. Respecting silence, night peace and mutual consideration is key for us – we want to maintain friendly neighborly relations and a pleasant atmosphere throughout the house.
