With this accommodation in the middle of the village your family will be close to everything. In the small square of Tellaro, this small house overlooks 3 floors connected by wooden and rope stairs. The other side of the house overlooks the rocks with the bedrooms enjoying the view and the gentle sound of the sea. The space Casa del Poeta is a characteristic Ligurian terraced house, located in the heart of the old village at the end of the pedestrian square of the town. It is spread across 3 floors and has stairs with rope railings. The bathroom and kitchen are on the ground floor, on the first floor there is a bedroom with 2 single beds that can be combined to become a double bed on the sea side and a small bedroom on the village side with a single sofa bed. On the second floor there are 2 more rooms, a living room on the village side and a double bedroom on the sea side. From the rooms, you can enjoy a beautiful sea view. Guest access The entire house is available for guests' exclusive use. Other things to note IMPORTANT: For CASA DEL POETA, final cleaning and linen are to be paid in cash upon arrival at a cost of €90.00 per stay, as well as the tourist tax (€4.00 per day per person - Children under 12 years of age are exempt). The apartment is in the village, exactly in Via della Pace n. 1, and can only be reached on foot. You can arrive in the main square, Rotonda Rainusso, to unload your luggage...continue to Piazza Figoli, the pedestrian square, after the restaurant La Barca going down 3 steps...the house is in front of you on the left, green wooden door. The car can be parked towards the upper part of the village, near the cemetery of Tellaro, there are municipal parking lots for a fee of €10 per day or €50 per week (during the low season you only pay on weekends) In Tellaro, the ZTL (restricted traffic zone) is in effect all year round, 24 hours a day... in order to enter and unload luggage near the apartment, the guest must communicate the license plate of the car before arrival so that we can register it on the police website and avoid the fine. During your stay at our property, you can also enter Lerici and other hamlets where the same ZTL applies (subject to license plate notification upon arrival at the property). Be careful when parking: you can only park in the paid blue parking spaces, not in the yellow ones reserved for residents.
