In the heart of the picturesque village of Orgelet, we will have the pleasure of welcoming you to this 45 m2 apartment located in the town center and tastefully renovated. Free spaces are available on the street or nearby. Close to all amenities, you can enjoy our beautiful region (5 minutes from Lake Vouglans, 35 minutes from the Hérisson waterfalls...) as well as heritage (Baume-les-Messieurs, Château-Chalon...) The space The bedroom consists of a 160x200 bed and a 130x80 crib. All bedding is new. The crib is extendable in 190, do not hesitate to contact us about this. The bathroom is accessible through the bedroom and it is equipped with a washing machine. Detergent is not provided. We provide linens and hand towels as well as shower gel and shampoo. If you are traveling with an infant, we will provide you with all the necessary equipment (umbrella bed, high chair, changing mat and bathtub). The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, large refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, dishes and accessories available, coffee machine senseo, kettle, toaster. We provide dish soap and hand soap as well as dish towels. Dishwasher tablets are not provided. There are also cutlery, plates and plastic glasses for children. We offer you coffee (senseo pods), tea, herbal tea, and sugar. Other essentials are at your disposal: oil, salt, pepper, stretch film and oven paper. There is also a raclette machine for two. Travel with four? We can install an extra bed in the living room at your request. An outdoor space, adjoining the apartment, with table, chairs and barbecue is available for your use. We do not provide charcoal from the barbecue; 4kg bags are on sale at the Super U 1km from the apartment. You can store your bikes on the terrace which is fully gated and secured. Please contact us about this. We do not accept pets, our apartment is fully renovated and we do not want to take the risk of it being damaged. BEFORE YOU GO: We ask that our guests return the apartment to us at least clean: - Clean and tidy dishes - Gather the sheets, towels and tea towels in the bathroom. - Sweep the kitchen floor, clean the table and the countertop - Take the trash down the stairs. For glass, we will ask you to take it to a glass collection bin. Household cleaning products are available during your stay, as well as a vacuum cleaner. We make it a point of honor to welcome each guest to a clean and welcoming place. Also, we ask you in return to respect the premises and to respect our work. If these instructions are not followed, we may ask you for an extra cleaning fee.
