The accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the accommodation has been ordered and booked and confirmed in writing (electronically or by post) by the host with a binding booking confirmation. 2. The time of arrival is agreed individually. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the accommodation by 10:00 am at the latest. In the event of early departure of the guest, accommodation costs will not be refunded unless the accommodation is rented to another party. If the host succeeds in re-rent the accommodation, this amount will be deducted from the total price and subsequently refunded to the guest. 6. The overnight price includes: All incidental costs such as water, electricity, fuel, waste disposal, property tax, VAT, ancillary costs. 7. As a one-time initial supply, the host provides: 1x toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwashing liquid and a linen package per person (1x small towel, 1x bath towel, 1x complete bed linen) 8. For long-term guests, an intermediate cleaning is carried out by the host free of charge every 14 days and the linen package is renewed and replaced free of charge for each guest. 9. The guest is fully liable for all self-inflicted damage to the apartment during its use. The landlord cannot be held liable for short-term failure of furnishings or failure of public utilities (electricity/gas/water/TV/Internet/etc.). A price reduction is excluded. The same applies to force majeure. 10. The host and the cleaning staff are entitled to enter the booked accommodation if necessary, in particular for cleaning purposes. 11. The guest must ensure that windows and doors are closed during his absence. Valuables must generally be kept safe from access by third parties. In the event of burglary or theft, no compensation will be provided by the host. If the host suffers damage for which the guest is responsible, the guest is fully liable to the host. 12. The maximum number of people per accommodation depends on the accommodation description. Use by third parties or overcrowding is not permitted. 13. Pets are not allowed. 14. In the event of loss of a key to the accommodation, the renter is liable for a lump sum of €180.00 incl. VAT without individual proof of the actual costs. 15. After the end of the stay, the accommodation will be inspected by the host or a representative. If the cleaning effort is significantly higher than that of a normal final cleaning (swept clean), the costs incurred for a necessary general cleaning will be charged additionally. The price depends on the actual effort. If the accommodation is not vacated by 10 am on the day of departure and in its original condition (such as furniture moved, keys not handed over), the resulting costs (such as a replacement accommodation for subsequent guests, double cleaning effort) will be charged to the guest in retrospect. 16. If the guest violates these GTC and the existing house rules despite a reminder, the landlord has the right to extraordinary termination. In this case, the guest must vacate the accommodation immediately and leave it in proper condition. There will be no refund of the rental price. If the guest does not vacate the accommodation, the landlord will report a breach of the peace. 17. Should one of these provisions be wholly or partially ineffective, this shall not affect the effectiveness of the remaining provisions. The parties undertake in the event of a (partial) ineffectiveness, to replace the corresponding clause with one that comes closest to the ineffective clause in terms of its economic purpose. 18. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively. Any ancillary agreements or changes to these terms and conditions must be made in writing to be effective.
