The Tool Shed

The Tool Shed is a self contained one bedroom cottage, situated on a working farm near Lutterworth. Open plan living downstairs, with everything you could need. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, utensils, plates and glasses. Large flat screen smart TV, microwave, extendable dinning table and a luxurious sofa and armchair. Upstairs in the galley bedroom, you will find; a fitted wardrobe, pumped shower, chest of drawers, super king sized bed and a shower en-suite. private patio area at rear. The space walk into a luxurious and spacious open plan living area with a full sized kitchen equipped with everything you need for our stay away. walk up the stairs with a galley bedroom with a huge super king size bed, chest of drawers, bedside tables and a dressing table. follow onto a private en-suite shower room with a heated towel rails and lovely soft towels provided. As well as the long farm drive to enjoy walks you have your own private fenced patio garden at the back of the property. Guest access The cottage is yours whilst you stay and there is no one else that can access this space. There is a laundry room on site with multiple washing machines, dryers, iron and board and an airier that you are welcome to use whilst you are here. There is a courtyard garden also with multiple tables and chairs for guests to enjoy.
