Relax and unwind in our cosy and idyllic cottage near Upton upon Severn; a serene location to visit. Grove Cottage is a characteristic, detached and peaceful property with the original cottage dating back to the 1800’s. With a newly built extension, the property is the perfect mix between traditional and modern. In close proximity to Tewkesbury, Malvern, Worcester, Gloucester and the Cotswolds. Please note due to steps and uneven flooring, those with mobility issues may struggle. The space A character filled cottage with the original building dating back to the 1800’s, with a modern and spacious extension with bifold doors and a skylight. Downstairs, there is a spacious hallway with decorative fireplace, a cosy living room with a log burner, downstairs toilet, a reception room, and a contemporary kitchen and dining room with an island which overlooks the garden. Upstairs, there is the main large bedroom with a double bed, a single cosy bedroom with a work desk, a third spare bedroom with a sink and a bathroom including a bath and a shower. Outside, there is private parking with space for two cars (as well as free on road parking). The large back garden with plenty of flowers and trees includes a patio, a table and chairs and plenty of room to relax and unwind. Other things to note Please note that some of the doors and ceiling height is lower than a ‘standard’ house. There are steps to the bedrooms upstairs, as well as a step down from the hallway into the reception room, and two steps down into the kitchen.
