The space On the ground floor is a large well equipped kitchen/diner with adjoining utility room and a comfortable bedroom with a good sized bathroom with a walk in shower. The twin beds zip together to make a six foot double. On the first floor, Kingfisher has an attractive light, spacious living room with double aspect views across a pretty, hidden valley and our extensive gardens. The second double bedroom has a good sized bathroom, complete with an over-bath shower. A single box room leads off the lounge. This bedroom is only suitable for a child over seven or an able bodied adult because the occupant must share one of the ensuite bathrooms. Other things to note Local amenities are within easy reach in the small market town of Axminster.
