Make Clearview Springs your perfect escape – whether for the weekend or longer. The space As you enter the home you are welcomed with warmth & ambience and styled to make you feel at home & relaxed. This is a three-bedroom, one bathroom property which you have all to yourself, with uninterrupted views. All three bedrooms are super comfy with breath-taking views and sliding door wardrobes with drawers and hanging space. Bedroom one - sleeps two people in a queen bed Bedroom two - has two king single beds. Bedroom three - sleeps two people in a queen bed with a work desk The bathroom is modern and spacious with heated floors, a large bath with scenic views to the hinterland. The shower is spacious & open with a handheld shower setting. Water is no problem at the farm due to the high rainfall so enjoy as many bubble baths as you would like. The kitchen oozes country charm with plenty of natural light, appliance cupboard with walk in pantry, fridge freezer, gas cooktop, electric oven and dishwasher. There is also a coffee pod machine with plenty of pods and a tea drawer with a good selection. There is a six-seater dining suite that looks out into the outdoor area. Open the French doors for access to outside, to take in the beauty of the gardens. The lounge room is styled for comfort with a chaise lounge & storage ottoman with throws & blankets. A 75-inch TV is wall mounted and can be turned to suit viewing. A reminder again that all furniture, furnishings & appliances are near brand new. Soft, fresh & crisp. For those chilly nights, a wood fireplace will keep the house warm with an abundance of chopped firewood on hand. Outside is spectacular with green rolling hills & distant mountains. Meet the local dairy and beef cattle grazing but please do not feed them. The rear verandah is an ideal spot to chill out, share drinks and take in the breathtaking panoramic views. We ask that there be: No smoking No parties No pets **Please do not sneak any pets in. This is non-negotiable. Please remove shoes inside, we want to keep the inside clean. Please respect the new furniture and furnishings. All breakages will be billed. As this is a working property there may be from time to time a tractor or vehicle drive past. However, the owners will endeavour to restrict themselves while guests are staying.
