On 2 floors, you will have a bedroom on the ground floor with a toilet adjoining the bedroom, 3 bedrooms upstairs with a full bathroom. Three queen size beds and a double bed. The mattresses are new and although the rooms are small, they are well equipped with wardrobe and storage cabinet. The kitchen and dining room are one and the same room with the washing machine and dryer. The space Stainless steel fridge, stove with glass top, stainless steel dishwasher, large microwave, filter coffee maker and plenty of storage for your food. The cooking facilities are complete and numerous. Search, there is also equipment in the kitchen sideboard. In the living room, you have 2 sofas, one 2-seater and one 3-seater and a large 65-inch TV. The TV is smart and the capture is via Chromecast. Heating and air conditioning are central, so there is only one thermostat for the whole house. The advantage is that every room in the house is air-conditioned. You can keep your bedroom door closed and the air conditioning will still get there. A comfort you will appreciate. Although there is a dryer, there is also a clothesline with over 50 feet and all the clothespins to dry your clothes. If you come to ride a bike, you could ask for access to the garage in the courtyard.
