Accommodation in a historic cottage from the 18th century in a quiet part of the village, in beautiful nature, right next to the Sázava River. Interestingly, J.V. Pleva wrote the novel Malý Bobeš at this cottage. The arrival is via a historic stone bridge. Parking is possible on the property. There is a fireplace, barbecue and covered garden seating. Suitable for groups of up to 11 people, such as families or cyclists who want to have privacy and be close to beautiful nature. The property is fenced, it is possible to take your dog with you, but it is not allowed inside. The space It is a partially renovated historic cottage - this must be taken into account. The cottage in its renovated part contains a hallway, a living room with a fireplace, a front bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom, a back hallway and a back bedroom (it also has a second separate entrance on the other side of the cottage). The connection between the back hallway and the front of the cottage is a room that has not yet been renovated. There is a fenced plot, a garden, a covered pergola with a grill and a seating area, a separate barn building (where wood/coal for heating is stored, it is possible to hide bicycles, for example). Attention - currently the access stone bridge is under reconstruction and the car cannot get directly to the property - the car can be parked on the road in front of the bridge, it is about 30m from the property. The cottage sleeps 8 people on beds (2 bedrooms with 4 beds) and 3 people in the living room on a daybed and a sofa bed, a total of up to 11 people. There is no automatic heating in the building yet, the building is heated by a stove or fireplace in individual rooms. The main entrance door leads into the vestibule. From the vestibule, where there are hangers, shoe racks, etc., there is access to both the renovated residential part of the building and the original part, where there is a chamber, a vaulted cellar and a garage/barn. From the hallway you enter the living room, where there is a dresser with a TV, a sofa bed (2 people can sleep here), a couch (1 person can sleep here), 2 armchairs, a fireplace, a dining table for 4-8 people and a sideboard. From the living room you can go to the kitchen. In the kitchen there is a small table, a cabinet with pots and pans and a two-burner glass-ceramic hob and a kettle, a cabinet with a sink, a cabinet with other dishes (plates, bowls, mugs, cutlery, knives, basic spices) and a stove for cooking or baking (ideal for pork or duck :-) From the kitchen there is access to the front bedroom with 2 double beds (sleeps 4 people), a small table, an armchair, a wardrobe and a stove. From the kitchen there is also access to the bathroom, where there is a refrigerator, bathtub, sink, boiler and a separate toilet room. From the bathroom there is also access to the back hallway through the non-renovated room. From the back hallway you can go through the second entrance door out to the garden or to the back bedroom, where there is a wardrobe, stove and 2 beds next to each other (can be separated) and a bunk bed - a total of 4 people can sleep here.
